徐棟（George）習(xí)盛英語(yǔ)學(xué)校 校長(zhǎng)

中高級(jí)教師，大學(xué)畢業(yè)后，一直在從事教育教學(xué)工作，在教學(xué)講臺(tái)上是一站站了三十五年。曾擔(dān)任過(guò)教導(dǎo)主任，工會(huì)主席，校長(zhǎng)，黨部書(shū)記等職，具有豐富的教育教學(xué)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

盛宏圖（Rick），習(xí)盛雅思聽(tīng)力主講老師，英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)音學(xué)專(zhuān)家。南京師范大學(xué)英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)。

1997年投身英語(yǔ)教育行業(yè)，一直從事雅思考試和英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)音學(xué)（Phonetics）的教學(xué)研究。長(zhǎng)期在教育第一線(xiàn)的工作實(shí)踐使其積累了大量有關(guān)中國(guó)人英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的成功和失敗的案例。深感中國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)者英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)上的執(zhí)著，同時(shí)又遺憾地看到由于方法的錯(cuò)誤導(dǎo)致大量時(shí)間、金錢(qián)、精力的浪費(fèi)。

長(zhǎng)期的教學(xué)實(shí)踐和對(duì)多種英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)方法深入研究比較使其得出以語(yǔ)音學(xué)為突破口的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)法。 在復(fù)旦大學(xué)執(zhí)教以及為“可口可樂(lè)”等國(guó)際著名企業(yè)培訓(xùn)期間，以其睿智的談吐和多樣的教學(xué)法深受學(xué)員好評(píng)。

朱嘉（James），習(xí)盛雅思口語(yǔ)主講老師。上海外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)跨文化交流專(zhuān)業(yè)。

從1999年開(kāi)始從事英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)，歷任上海各大型培訓(xùn)企業(yè)的首席口語(yǔ)講師。從2002年開(kāi)始專(zhuān)業(yè)從事雅思口語(yǔ)課程的教學(xué)研究，豐富的培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)加上淵博的各英語(yǔ)國(guó)家文化研究，使得學(xué)生滿(mǎn)意率始終達(dá)92%以上。 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)地道的發(fā)音、親切自然的授課風(fēng)格加上深厚的學(xué)術(shù)底蘊(yùn)，使得他的?口語(yǔ)課程廣 受學(xué)員稱(chēng)贊。

Philip is British. He was born in Kent , in the suburbs of London and majored in English Literature and Language at St. Peter’s College, Oxford University . After his degree he began to travel in Asia . Philip has taught ESL English in Seoul , Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Beijing and Shanghai . He has also run business seminars and conducted corporate training at many multinational companies including L’Oreal, Canon, Toshiba, Xilinx, as well as Chinese companies such as Baosteel and AutoNavi. He has written two novels and is currently writing and composing a third.

Chris Malone is from the U.S. and has been in Shanghai for 5 years, teaching business courses at a local college and conducting corporate training. Chris holds a BA （Econ.） and an MBA from UCLA. He was a career banker, having worked ?in seven countries. ?In addition, he is an experienced writer, having published a novel, written a collection of short stories, and edited a dozen books.
